How Fib-R-Wall Works



Fib-R-Wall uses a carbon fiber fabric + epoxy resin system to create a high-strength laminate directly bonded to the wall surface :


  1. Surface Prep: The wall is cleaned, ground, and leveled to achieve a proper concrete surface profile (CSP 3 or better) .

  2. Epoxy Adhesive/Filler: Voids and mortar joints are filled with Fib-R-Wall Epoxy Filler Compound .

  3. Resin Saturation: A two-part epoxy resin is mixed and rolled onto the wall at ~20 mil thickness .

  4. Fabric Application: Carbon fiber fabric strips are cut, aligned vertically, and pressed into the resin.

  5. Topcoat Resin: A second coat of resin is applied over the fabric, fully encapsulating the reinforcement .



The result is a thin, lightweight laminate that dramatically increases wall strength while remaining unobtrusive.
